- Any person over the age of 12 should use an adult castle.
- There needs to be a responsible adult to supervise the children at all times.
- DO NOT allow anyone on the inflatable whilst inflating or deflating.
- Please make sure that children DO NOT sit, climb or hang on the walls.
- DO NOT allow children to bounce on the front safety step.
- ALL shoes, badges and jewellery must be removed. We also recommend spectacles to be removed.
- No food or drink to be consumed whilst on the inflatable to avoid both mess and possibility of choking.
- No smoking, fires or barbecues to be used near the inflatables.
- No pets allowed on the inflatables.
- In the event of heavy rain it is strongly recommended that the inflatable is switched off for safety reasons. When safe to reuse switch back on and towel dry any remaining wetness before allowing children back on.
- Water fights are fun but DO NOT spray water near the electrical blowers or on the Inflatables.
- Occasionally check that the inflatable is securely pegged down.
- Never switch the blower on and off whilst the inflatable is in use.
- If the inflatables fails for what ever reason, evacuate immediately to prevent injury.
- NO somersaults or other manoeuvres that may risk causing damage to the persons head/ neck/ back or any other part of any persons body are allowed on the inflatable.
- Party poppers, hair dye, face paint, silly string, spray foam, washing up liquid and any other liquids MUST NOT BE USED on the inflatable and the cost of the damage may be charged to the hirer as these substances cause permanent damage to the inflatables.
- Please ensure that the inflatable is not over crowded, and limit the number of children using it depending on their age and size of the children using it, If the children are colliding into each other then it is too crowded.
- The tallest child using the inflatables must not be taller than the inside walls of the castles.
- Try to avoid large and small children from using the inflatable at the same time, some children may need strict supervision.
- ONLY OUR DELIVERY DRIVER IS AUTHORISED TO COLLECT THE INFLATABLE. Please ensure equipment is not handed over to anyone other than our delivery driver who will hold a copy of the hire contract.
- If paying by cheque YOU MUST present to the driver a valid signed cheque guarantee card.
- Collection/ delivery times are given as a guidance only.
- We may charge for delivery depending on the distance from our base in Sanderstead.

The person/ organization hiring the equipment will be responsible/ liable for theft, damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. These guide lines are for the safety of the people using this equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are abided by. Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.
Sumo Suits.
- An operator/ referee must be appointed to oversee things, they must take responsibility for safety and scoring.
- Helments and gloves are to be worn at all times.
- Sumo suits are only to be used on the mats supplies.
- Not for use by small children, pregnant women or anyone else who is unfit for the activity.
- No sharp or hard objects to be kept on persons or jewellery to be worn whilst wrestling.
- No shoes to be worn on the mats.
- No eating, drinking or smoking whilst wearing the suits.
- Please keep animals off the mats and away from the suits.
- Suits and mats MUST be taken inside when not in use. especially overnight after the party has finished.
- Sumo is a wrestling game, NO PUNCHING OR KICKING is allowed.
- Party poppers, hair dye, face paint, silly string, spray foam, washing up liquid and any other liquids MUST NOT BE USED on the inflatable and the cost of the damage may be charged to the hirer as these substances cause permanent damage to the inflatables.
- If the suits or mats are dirty or damaged when collected or have been stolen the hirer will be liable for full repair, replacement or cleaning cost. This also applies to ancillary items such as head gear and gloves. This clause does not apply when the damage is due to reasonable wear and tear whilst the equipment is being used properly and in accordance with the conditions stated above.
